Water droplet

My first attempt at capturing water droplets. This one was on a feather, against a colored b/g. I tried to use ambient light from the window. Somehow I am unable to get too much closer with my 60mm...wonder if I am doing something wrong?!

Soap bubbles

Saw Dalantech's entry in the LPS and wanted to try this out for myself. I used natural light - had to up the ISO to 1600 (hence the grainy look) and couldn't seem to be able to get any closer to the bubbles...hmm...

Light interference (inspired by Lord V's post in the Holy Macro forum!)

Tried my hand at capturing soap films...the sun was not very cooperative and so I had to go down to f/2.8 and hence the shallow DOF. Had a lot of fun experimenting, though! :-) More pics. can be found here:
